September & October Announcements

Future Church Landsite Paid Off... Praise God! We now fully own, debt free, our 55 acre landsite for our future church.  The church property is located on the corner of Cypress-Rosehill and Juergan Road. Discussions are now underway in regards to development.

Men’s Softball League... Those men who want to play on Terra Verde’s softball team contact Clay Gardner at (281) 413-2819.

Women's John 4 Project... Whatever your season of life, whatever your encounter with Jesus, you have something to share. The John 4 Project is an effort to equip women to share their story of transformation and hope with confidence and joy. The John 4 Project begins with training and preparation and continues with celebration.  Next training session will be held on September 12th immediately following the worship service. Celebration Session held on 11/13/10 ~ 9 am to 2 pm (Led by Carol Kent)

New Member Discovery Class... (9/12) Those wishing to learn more about membership in the local church are encouraged to attend this one hour class immediately following the worship service.
 
Congregational Meeting... (9/19) All members need to stay after the service to participate in the approval of our annual budget.
 
Men’s Fellowship... (10/2) Blast Into Fall by joining us for our 3rd annual sporting clay shootout at the American Shooting Center from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cost is $50 per person and ½ off for friends not attending Terra Verde. Contact Paul Barker at (832) 618-5900 or p.barker@sbcglobal.net
